I love the look of this AS Madera, but need gravity flush. Anyone know a similar look

I'm doing a high tank and I think this has a great vintage look. With a wood seat it would be spot on. But its a pressure flush.
The lip around the top rear is what I like the most after that the scrolling lines of the drain along the base of the rear.
Does anyone know of another elongated bowl that looks has these features.
