TOTO ZOE SW814 Soft close toilet seat

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has information about the TOTO ZOE washlet?
I recently purchased the ZOE which was advertised as having a soft close lid (or seat) but it doesn't. Is it possiblle that their is another model which I could interchange the lid? I could return the seat but hate the hassle of returns.
I am hoping for an easy fix!!!

The Zoe Washlet hasn't been sold in years.

Most bidet seats do have a slow close seat on them.
I think you were lucky to find an old seat like the Zoe.

I added the pictures today. We were installing five bidet (Washlet) seats in Sammamish the other day.
The Zoe SW814 was one of the first ones that I sold. That was a long, long time ago.
