Installing a loop island vent from kitchen down to basment?

Can I run a loop vent from recently relocated kitchen sink from one wall to other side of kitchen
and run the vent down under floor to basement over and back up to old vent, or tie it in with
laundry tub vent? (There is no way to run a new vent at new location)

I'm trying to wrap my head around that one.
