IPC Horizontal Wet Venting

The IPC allows for horizontal wet venting. While it may be allowable I expect that most would not consider it a "best practice".

"Horizontal wet venting" is the ONLY way you can use a horizontal vent under the floor. Its purpose is the keep the vent flushed clear and there is absolutely NO reason not to use it. In fact, some plumbers think it is the best way to install the piping.
