What brand faucet is this?

I am trying to order new parts for our bathroom faucets, but what I thought was a Grohe model is NOT. Any idea what this could be?

It LOOKS like something Kohler would come up with, but I do not think it is one of theirs. You will either have to take the picture to a "specialty" plumbing supplier or give us a picture of what is underneath the chrome trim of the handles.
