Marey ECO 180 Electric Tankless Water Heater

I have a Marey ECO 180 that is registering E2 - Creepage(unit is only 6 months old). Anyone heard of this and how to fix it? I have sent several emails to the company via their websire, with no response as well as numerous phone calls. My electrician is not familiara with this situation. Thanks - tired of cold showers and mooching off friends.

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same problem with the same product and cannot get info from the company...
