Drain removal 47 yr old bathtub

My drain does not have a cross. It feels like a ski ramp.. How do I get the drain out. am single female in need of advice.

With the limited info we have I would suggest you call a plumber. There are special tools to do the job and you need to know the ramifications should something break while attempting to remove it.
