Recommended garbage disposal

Can anyone recommend a garbage disposal. I want a good one.

The Insinkerator Evolution Excel is the best.
The entire Evolution series dices things up into tiny bits, and they are very quiet. You can also find basic parts for them, things like the attaching collars, and covers. It's the brand that the plumbers like the best too.

"Best" is a subjective thing. Every brand has its fans, but the majority of plumbers use the ISE brand. How much you want to spend will determine WHICH ISE disposer is right for you.

The Badger 1 may be the number one seller in the country due to price point. Works OK if you don't overload it. 1 Year warranty, life expectancy 3 to 6 years. Badger 5 nice step up, 2 year warr. life 4 to 8 years. Both are noisy. The Evolution series is well worth the extra money......all are very quiet, and have more SS parts, hence longer life.
