I am installing a cultured marble shower base, can I use Oatey "No-Calk" shower base drain with this

Yes.
I install the drain to the pan with Silicone.

Just one more thing Terry, do I have to use the brass fitting as I can only find the ABS one around here.

Either one will work. ABS or Brass.
