Looking for a 2" toe touch (pop-up) drain without overflow for dual-shower / bath

I have been scouring the internet looking for a toe touch (pop-up) drain that will work with a 2 inch drain for my dual-shower / bath garden tub. I have also found some options that assume existence of an overflow which is do not have.

I have found several options for 1.5" drains such as:

I'm confused as to why this is such a difficult item to locate seeing as how 2" drains seem to be preferred greatly over 1.5" drains.

The majority of "Roman tub" drains use a hinged cover to close the drain.
