Gas line for outside grill

Got it done yesterday.

Now have to decide which grill to buy. When we had 1" apart in basement buddy asked if wife is ever going to want a stove in basement.

I said what the hell do I know?

So we decided to cut in a 2nd tee in just in case. Planning ahead.

Attached are a few photos.

what we use a bbq outlet box that can be locked. the shutoff is inside the box and the hose connects inside as well, so they are tamperproof. made of stainless steel to withstand weatehr as well

now I can hide in the back and do my smoking

Who did the spray foam, are you happy with it?

Locally owned spray foam company. Yes I am happy with it. Not only stops drafts and keeps 1st floor ceramic tile a little warmer in winter, I do not see many killings in the basement. Prior to the foam, cats would kill bugs in basement. After the foam install, not too many dead bugs anymore. so either cats are getting lazy or the foam sealed most voids????

Along with the rim joist cavities in the basement, Also had the company do a wall in attic above garage
