Quick trap prime line question

I'm running a primer line from my laundry sink to a p-trap in my basement floor slab and I have a quick question: Is there a preferred placement for this line and should I run a 2nd (backup?) line in case one is damaged? I assume I can just place it in with the concrete but I thought I would check.

Thanks!

In that case, why not install 3 or 4 in case the second one is damaged also. There is NO REASON why the first one should be damaged, in the first place. How, or where, are you getting the water to feed the trap primer?

The fitting we use for the trap primer place the pipe down farther from the top of the slab.
We don't wind up pouring the pipe in the concrete, but below the concrete in the dirt. It's a nice looking drawing, but not real accurate.

In s.f. We do a lot of these

Every old house has a floor drain in the garage. So on major remodels We have to add a trap primer. All in copper. We buy a new tapped trap .
It's all cast iron in the city. ditch the plastic tube, bad idea !
