Valid Journeyman's ticket (Canada)

Is a journeyman's ticket ( Manitoba ) valid in another province ? ( BC ) Thanks to those who know

Caall the other provinces, because it could be valid in neighboring areas but not distant ones, or they could have city by city licenses which only transfer locally.

if you have an interprovincial license you're good coast to coast...otherwise i'm not sure how they do it now...when i got my license (approx 5yrs ago) in Ontario we got interprovincial if scored above 75% on exam, i believe...before that, interprovincial was a separate test
