Gutting and remodeling a bath. Wife is short (4ft 11 in) and needs a low rim height on a toilet (or her feet don't quite touch the ground

Is there a good (e.g. Toto or better) modern looking floor model toilet with a 14 in (or less) rim height?
If not, what do you think of the Duravit Starck 3 (+Gerberit) wall mounted, installed 2 inches or so lower to the ground than usually spec'd?
