Does any one besides Taco make a good multi-zone boiler control box?

I think I'll make my own.

That sounds like a plan.

Then you will be able to repair it easy and make it more better than you can buy.

+ You could built it from USA made parts. (If you can find them)

I'll scan in my sketched w/d and post it here.

I bought some wood moldings last night at Lowes. They were made in New Zealand. That makes no sense to me

Here is the w/d and a photo of the one I built in 2002 . what is not shown here are the 5 zone lamps for the front panel that show when each zone valve is energized

Looks good. I had to tip my lap top up on its side to read the w/d. Good thing I don't have an I Pad.

Seeing that makes me want to build my own, but time is an issue. Not that I mind taking the time but my wife gets envious if I give a project more attention than her.

I do have a whole stack of 24V ice cube relays that a crying out for a higher purpose than collecting dust. Hmmmm.... now I just have to come up with an explanation how this will save us money.

What did you use for the zone lamps?
