Toto Nearest 500 flush problems

Toilet won't evacuate solids from the bowl when using the automatics flush. Works when I use the manual flush. Replaced the flush valve but same problem. Checked water flow and it's at the recommended 1.5 gallons in 10 seconds. Can't be clogged because it works when I use the manual flush. Any ideas?
