I feel a little bit like the cat who caught a mouse, played with it instead of eating it, accidentally killed it, and doesn't know what to do next. Dare I say I am beginning to miss the guy?

Probably in on a DUI and carying a concealed weapon. Or driving on the English side of the road. Or maybe the FBI got him for subversion.
