Just received an order to attend.

Won't be going though because I am not a US citizen.

There are perks to being an immigrant in this country after all!

Probably makes sense though. If the British were able to be jurors, then we could send all Americans to jail. In the name of the Queen!

Yup, no voting for foriegners or convicted criminals. everybody else has the priviledge to vote. And all jurors are screened for prejudice. I think they might detect some in you and disqualify you. what a shame, though

Jurors are picked from voter registration records, so you have a large mix up on your hands.

Not everywhere; here in NY, names are also picked from the Dept. of Motor Vehicles as well as voter registration.

If you showed up, and tried to stifle your liverpool accent, you could probably serve. Then after you send the poor schmuck up the river, you could get your own reality show!

Tempting as it may be I do have my integrity.

This privilege is for citizens and I respect that.

However, I would encourage other English landowners in the Colony to throw as many Americans in jail as they can if they get the chance!

The English lost the Battle but we can win the War!
