Well, its a toilet! If you want more than that, you need to help us out. Pic of front, pic of inside! How about the model number which should be stamped or inked on the inside wall of the tank. How about is there a brand name on the porcelain just behind the seat?

Don't have much info except it was special ordered and was allegedly $549.99. They are having a hard time finding any identifying info on it, and they are pretty far from me.
