Legal Kitchen Sink Drain?

I am installing a single fiberglass tub. I would like the trap arm to extend towards the wall (for future enclosure) and run along and within a future wet wall. The problem is it's having to pass the vertical drain pipe to reach the main vent pipe. It just seems to me that it can be connected with a sanitary tee to the main discharge pipe.

Perhaps you can install the sink outside in the back forty, and that way you won't hear water running from the faucet.
