Toto replacement fill valve

Hi, I have a ultimate toto toilet I bought in 2003 and I need to replace de fill valve. I think it could be the TSU04A5 model but I'm not sure because the model number was not written on my receipt. What would be the best replacement valve for this toilet? I join a picture to be sure. Thanks! Claudine

You can buy the repair part for $2.49
That's what most are doing. Lowes Hardware carries the part.

Failing that, I would use a Korky Quiet Fill, fill valve which is a duplicate of the regular one, but MUCH cheaper.

The Korky 528T refills the bowl
The standard Korky 528 doesn't refill the bowl all the way.
Replacing the $2.49 cap repairs what you have, less then 60 seconds without tools.
