Need a good shower head

Recently, I replaced my good old fashioned showerhead with a new one. Little did I know, the new ones have a 2.5 gpm regulator. Unfortunately I dont have the old one to put back on. Please let me know what showerhead's are out there that will give me a "Real Shower", even if I have to do a little customizing. I am aware that taking out the pressure regulator makes it a little better, but I am looking for my best option. Thankyou.

Well, more and more manufacturers are making shower heads where the flow restriction is part of the overall design, not just a removable insert. You might as well get used to it.

I guess what I'm looking for is someone who knows of a head that doesn't have restriction as part of the overall design, possibly specific make and/or models and anything more I could do to it over and above removing the restrictor to get a forcefull shower out of it. Another option I have wondered about is looking into finding a home salvage yard or some other place that would have used ones I could get my hands on. I appreciate the help.
