Painting or Refinishing Bathtub?

Hi,

Are there any good techniques and products for refinishing an old steel bathtub? I really do not want to replace this tub.

Well, "refinishing" it would cost a lot more than the tub is worth, and painting it will only last a limited time before the tub starts looking "grungy".
