MicroCenter is a cool place.

You might want to look at your system devices under the control panel;

Control Panel - System - Hardware - Device Manager

Look for devices that are in Red or Yellow, You can delete them (They are not working anyway) then reboot your system and the drivers will be reinstalled.

That sometimes will fix problem devices, that were not installed properly. The drivers should be on your machine or your install disk.

That might be worth a try.

Good Luck.

Have a great evening.

Hello Clay,

I am glad that you made some progress.

I don't know why you had a problem getting your audio driver.

Here is a direct link to the driver that your system uses, That is if it is the original one built into your motherboard.

Did you add another audio card, or are you using the one that is integrated into the Dell Motherboard ?

Have a Great day.
