toe kick hot water heat

Good morning all. I have a question about installing a toe kick heater. I'm renovating the kitchen and removed an electric forced fan wall heater. I want to install a Beacon Morris 84 under 1 of the cabinets. The zone is a 3/4 supply with a flow control and a circulator(single pipe). I plan on cutting into the loop, feed in and out adding the toe kick in series. My question is, will the fact that the heater is 1/2 restrict the flow for the rest of the loop(about 24' of fintube) or is this not a concern? Thanks for any info and feedback.

Depends on the length of the loop. Most guys pipe toe kicks using a venturi tee but..... venturi tees restrict flow also. BM has the piping diagram on their site and in the directions.

I saw the piping diag. Total loop is 30' right now. There is a 6' on the 2nd floor bath and 24' on 1st floor DR.(total loop pipe, supply header to return header is just over 65') The TK would be in between the 2. Like stated there is a BG Little Red circ on the loop.

I just put one of these in my kitchen. I piped it just like the diagram shows with monoflow tees. The only thing I did extra was to put a ball valve in between the tees. That way you don't need to put a bleeder on the heater itself. If you ever have to empty the system you can just close the valve and it will push the air out of the system.

I also had to replace the thermostat on it with the lower temp one (120*F). I have a modcon and the temp doesn't always reach the level of the delivered thermostat.
