Can't find part number 01013083 or 01013033 for my Culligan Medalist.

It's a seal pack. Non on any auction sites and no local dealers have it either...

Next time buy industry standard equipment like Autotrol and Fleck instead of national brand types that make controls obsolete so you have to buy new instead of being able to buy parts from many locations and online to repair them.
