Can I add a zone like this?

Please refer to this diagram (attached or this link) to see my existing piping and my plan to add a new zone:

We converted from oil to gas last year and now we are thinking add two rooms into the system as a separated zone.

Please tell me "Option 1" is valid or not? if not, how about "Option 2"?

You have a monoflo system and wish to add a seperate controlled zone? Option 1 will screw things up, #2 is best with info provided.
