Bathroom Fan

Sorry if this question has been asked a million times.
Just building a new house, and the roofers came earlier than I expected before I could ask someone this question. I got them to put a 4" vent on the roof with a flapper that I'm going to connect the bathroom fan to. There isnt a minimum size for a bathroom fan is there? Any tips/advice would be appreciated

4" is quite typical for bathroom fans. You should be OK. Check with a builder up there in your cold climate about how to insulate the ductwork, because condesation could be an issue.
