Ondine Body spray head removal

Does anyone have the installation manual for the ondine spray head shown below? I need to remove one from a shower but can't figure it out for the life of me.

It should unthead right behind the rubber cover.

That's what I thought. I pulled the rubber cover back and grabbed onto the stainless piece that houses the brass ball. Try as I might, I couldn't get it to turn.

There is a special tool required for this. Unfortunately, it will probably be difficult to find. I will go look in my warehouse to see if I may have one.

Thanks. I appreciate it. Please let me know if you have one or if you have any idea where I can find one. A picture or even a description would be helpful. I have access to a machine shop and could probably make one if needed.
