ID: Thermostatic Faucet + Cartridge

Hi, can anyone help me ID this faucet? No markings at all, so can't figure out who the manufacturer is. The thermostatic cartridge is leaking so am trying to find a replacement. I think it's a parrafin wax piston type cartridge.
