Thank you + PVB salvage value

Finally got my PVB breaker replaced along with the necessary PVC fittings.Thanks to those who walked me through diagnosing and fixing the problem.
I was wondering given that the PVB is brass does it have any appreciable salvage value I could get at a local salvage yard? Wondered what the pros did with their old ones and if it took a bunch to make it worth the time.

It's probably worth something. It's scrap so you would get paid by the pound at whatever brass is worth today. Not as much as when copper prices were so high though.
