7HP pump

Can someone recommend 7HP jet and cetrifugal pump which has 3" connector? what's the pro and con between jet and cetifugal pump? Thanks

They don't make 7HP jet pumps. You need a 1" or maybe 1.5" discharge at the most for a 100 GPM pump. A pump with a 3" discharge will do 300 to 500 GPM. The discharge of a centrifugal pump is always much smaller than the pipe line size.
