Master bath layout

Anyone see any problems with this layout? I'd like to make sure it's good to go before taking it to the inspector for review. The 3" vertical is dedicated to the master bath.

I would connect the tub and shower to the vertical separately.

Thanks for the feedback! I'll make those adjustments. May mean drilling a few more holes, but it shouldn't be too much work.
