rainbird turf heads sticking

Anyone have experience with rainbird turf heads reaching one end of their arc and starting to return, then stick at one spot?

I haven't but I have had to pull a couple of the heads and wash/blow everything out. My issue was the heads popping up and not turning at all...

Rainbird 5000 rotor heads got me thinking Irritrol.Took back a bunch.......Upper

Do you know a good replacement for the Rain Bird 5000? I've got alot that are working fine, but evidently need to replace a few.
