Cwhyu2 Consultant Messages 1,615 Reaction score 22 Points 38 Location Cincinnati OH May 8, 2009 #2 Make sure the stem is all the way up.Or you could put some new graphite packing in,but you have to remove the handle and packing nut to do it. Shut the water off first.
