Unusual tub filler set

I have a client with a deck-mounted 3-hole tub filler - cold, hot and spout. They would like to add a hand-held spray head. Problem is, there is no good way to drill extra holes in the deck because there is no room to space it out properly. It would look very cheezy. Re-doing the whole deck would be too expensive.

Is there such a thing as a 3-hole deck mounted tub filler and hand spray combo? I'm thinking one hole would be a single-handle valve, one hole would be the spout/diverter and the 3rd hole for the hand spray.

If anyone knows of such a product, I'd really appreciate it.

OK, I mean one reasonably priced.

I did see the Grohe Allure does exactly that. It's also like $1700 retail and my cost is over $1200. Client is not in that price class.
