The valve needed is available with or without stops? Which should I get?

Stops allow you to work on the faucet without turning the water off elsewhere. That's a good thing in my book. Some people will say that by the time you need them, they may not work, but I ask what if they do? They can save some issues down the road so they are certainly worth considering in my opinion.

The question is, When is the last time you removed the trim plate to service a Delta faucet? I don't think I ever have, so even if it had integral stops, I would not have seen or used them.

No, The Delta is a good unit, because it uses the Hansgrohe thermostatic element which is high quality and high flow.
 
I think its perfect! but how is the price? Heard something good about it but not sure on the price.
