new tub leaking!

Had new jacuzzi installed. Shower doesn't leak so believe drain is fine. checked ceiling below - no leaks or a drop of water. Tonite tried tub, water did go into the overflow a bit. Checked ceiling below - lots of water! What the heck? Please?!

Sounds like you need to contact the installer...if possible!
