Hi all,
I've been redoing our hallway bathroom for a while now and just wanted to stop in and say that the Kohler San Raphael has worked beautifully since being installed several weeks back!

It's a real water saver and doesn't seem to balk, at all, no matter what it's getting rid of!

My concern had been being able to tile behind it as I ended up with an 11 & 1/4" center after shimming the walls out to rid the wall of a hump created by the cast iron DWV. I had to build out with 3/4" furring strips to do so, and thereby caused the problem.

The old walls were Gyp-lath and plaster, so they just went thin over the bulge.

Luckily, I was able to chip out some of the original tile floor and mud in front of the lead bend, and then put a large pipe inside the bend, pounded it a couple of times, and got myself a 12" center line!

I'll post pictures when the job is done.

Regards,
Howard
