What kind of pump and tank? And where is this new check valve?

Remove the check valve. If this does not solve the problem, it will help you pin point where the problem is. When the pump builds pressure and shuts off, if the pressure drops while no water is being used, you most likely have a hole in the pipe down in the well.
That is how you can tell if the pump has a check valve on it or there is a hole in the drop pipe. Either one of those things has to be fixed, and adding another check valve up top is not the fix.

Any chance that you replaced a non-bladder tank with a bladder tank?
If so you might have bleeders in the drop pipe that need to be removed.

I was thinking the same thing. If you remove the above ground check valve, a bleeder orifice should stay closed so you shouldn't need to pull the pipe and plug it. However, if water is going back down hole, it needs to be fixed no matter if it is a bleeder orifice, hole in the pipe, or a bad check on the pump.
I believe I found problem.
Opened lid on well looked in and when the well kicks on water is spraying out the side of the pipe going down to pump ,leak is near the top I can see it shotting out the side of a pipe (maybe 2ft down)
If water leak in pipe won't this cause air in lines??

Sounds like the o-ring in your pitless adapter is leaking. Maybe just pull it up and replace the o-ring to fix it. Yes the leak will cause air in the line but, only if you have a check valve after the leak. Removing the check valve will let the water leak oout and the pump cycle on and off but, there would not be any air in the line. The leak has got to be fixed either way.
