Two lights on Two 3 way Switches...Only one comes on?

No need to remove the 12-3 just add a 12-2 from lite box to lite box.
Note to JWelectric: I said to simplify conversation, we call the wires hot-neutral-ground. I think electricians talk this way.
Also, remember that if electricity is being used in the house, you can get shocked from the white wire!
