I don't know why you'd want a tank from a different mfr - try the ST706 Carusoe tank on the C703 bowl. It works just fine.

Although this seems like a reasonable request, it is usually not a good idea. Toilets are designed as a set. Probably something would work, but one problem might be the color match.
