My tenant tells me the shower gets hotter and hotter as he lets it run. Same for the tub. He said when he turns the handle to get more cold water it doesn't get cooler - stays hot. It's a single handle faucet. Could it have something to do with the mixer? Do I need to replace the handle? Or is it something more ominous???
