Replace Tub Drain without removing bathtub and without back access

My bathtub is surrounded by three concrete walls and the drain tube is broken, leaking to the first floor (the floor is also concrete). Is there a type of drain tube that can be replaced trough the bathtub hole so I don't have to cut the concrete or bathtub? Thanks
