Just wondering at what hight I need to rought-in the waste pipe for my new kitchen sink? Do I center with the cabinet?

Standard for a kitchen sink is anywhere from 12 to 16. Try to get an idea of what sink and cabinets are going to be there to give yourself an idea where you need to be. Always lean to the low side, I go with 14 if I don't have any information on what's going to be installed.

My code requires 12-15 from the finish floor, stick with 12 to be safe.
