flushing toilet rattles cold water pipe

When flushing the toilet the cold water pipe rattles. When you turn on other cold water faucets the pipe does not rattle just when you flush. What could be the cause? It just started recently!

Is this when the water shuts off, or all the time it is running?

It is when it shuts off. I found the problem to be the cold water valve was not completely turned on(open) so I opened the valve completely.
