Crane Petite

I have an old Crane toilet marked Petite and it is small (24' from wall to front of lid). I need to replace the seat but can't seem to find one for such a small bowl. Can anyone help me on this, I'll replace the whole thing if, again, I can find another small toilet for such small place.
