    Unhappy Tile Floors

    I just bought a house and it has glossy ceramic tile floors. Does anyone know if there is any way I could sand the floors and get them to look more like a matte finish? Has anyone ever heard of that?

    What kind of tile? Ceramic, porcelain, vinyl, or asbestos?

    The risk of scratching or cracking is high. If you really hate it, it might be cheaper to replace.
