I just purchased a toto drake toilet. The installation was simple it only took an hour 1/2 to take old out and install new. It went great. The flush is awesome but there is not much water in the bowl. How can I correct this.

The water level in a bowl is a function of its design. Unless there is a problem with refill, what you see is what you get. Test it by slowly pouring a gallon or two of water directly into the bowl. If the level will rise and stay there, it is a refill problem. But if the bowl returns to the level you see after a flush, then that is the design level of that bowl.
