I need to connect a plastic pipe to my cast iron main drain line under the basement slab.

I have read about mission couplers and looking at the Fernco website wonder if these are the couplers referred to here and elsewhere:

http://www.fernco.com/NH.html

Description from the website:

AISI 304 Stainless Steel Shield

AISI Stainless Steel Clamps and Screw Housing:
Full size 9/16" wide bands and one piece screw housings are mechanically interlocked for strength. The wide clamp band provides enhanced sealing force.

Specially Beaded Gasket:
Unique beaded Neoprene gasket grips with superior holding and sealing power. Gasket conforms to ASTM C 564.

HD-4000 Couplings:
meet ASTM C 1277 and meet test criteria of CISPI 310.

Thanks for any help,
Todd
